How to wear lenses:

1. Wash your hands with soap and rinse, then dry your hands with a lint-free towel.
2. Put each lens on the tip of your finger and inspect to make sure it is not inside out.
3. Gently hold your upper eyelid with one hand and pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger.
4. Pick the lens with your index finger or an applicator, look upward, and slowly place the lens on your eye.
5. Close your eye for a moment to allow the lens to settle. Repeat for the other eye.

How to take off lenses:

1. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Slowly move your index finger to your eye until you touch the lower edge of the lens, slide the lens down to the white part of your eye.
3. Gently squeeze the lens between your thumb and index finger and remove it.
4. Put the lens in a clean lens case and make sure it completely soaks in the solution.

Repeat the above steps for the other eye.

Even though the lens is available for continuous wearing, daily cleansing should be done. It is recommended to use protein removal at least once every two weeks for freshness.

Change solution in the lens carrying case daily after use.

Consult a doctor in case of symptoms of redness or pain.
