Refund policy

Returns accepted for 30 days

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all makeup products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund.

To return an item:

1. Contact our customer service team for a return authorization number.
2. Package the item securely and include the return authorization number with your return.
3. Ship the item back to us at your expense.

We will refund your purchase price within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
• We do not refund shipping costs.
• We do not offer refunds for sale items.
