How to Use:
Morning Routine:

Apply Collagen Serum.

Follow with Collagen Cream 186 (or Retinol Cream 187 at night).
Night Routine:

Cleanse.

Use Retinol Collagen Cream 187 (if your skin tolerates retinol) or the regular cream.

For best results, alternate nights with Retinol if you’re new to retinoids.

Always use sunscreen in the morning, especially when using retinol.
